the story so far...
The drive and passion behind 3D Personal Training are directors Craig Burton and Matt Brereton-Patel.
Craig and Matt first met by chance in London when they shared a house in Tufnell Park, later choosing to live together, with their better halves, in Paddington.
At the time Craig was already well on his way to becoming a great personal trainer, while Matt was still working in pharmaceutical research and development, in a range of disease areas. It was at this stage that Matt, sharing a passion for Craig's principles and ideas, started bugging him about joining forces.
When Craig founded 3D Personal Training in mid 2006, Matt was unofficially on hand as a regular sounding board and advisor, and officially became part of 3D Personal Training at the end of 2007.
Since then they've both been busy setting up their practices in Munich and Manchester, and starting families - one challenge just isn't enough!

what we do
It's a really simple concept - to get real results we need to treat you as a real human, completely individual and different to everyone else. To do that we need to look at the way you move, eat, and think, all at the same time - because as a real human all three affect you at the same time.
So we dedicated ourselves to being experts in human movement and movement dyfunction, massage therapy, nutrition and nutritional therapy, and techniques that optimise the power of our minds and personalities, for instance goal setting, or mental stress relief through meditation.
Weight loss is a huge part of the personal training market, and it's a by product of what we do, because when you're moving right, eating right and are motivated and de-stressed, you're going to lose weight. Lots of it.
The same applies to gaining weight, resolving health issues, achieving flexibility, body shape and tone, injury rehabilitation, and sport specific performance amongst others.
Of course, our approach is individaully tailored to meet your needs and we start from scratch with every single client. No two of our programs are ever built the same, just as no two humans are.
So essentially, that's what you can expect from us.
